What you do
· You are responsible for brand building of El Tony Mate in the European market (excluding Switzerland)
· You understand cultural marketing and know how to build it up
· You work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that the El Tony Mate spirit and strategy are conveyed beyond national borders
· You act as an interface in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic brand and marketing initiatives as well as product positioning
· You are responsible for leading and executing various marketing ideas
· You are responsible for market analysis regarding competitors, consumer behavior, and trends
What you bring to the table
· You are hands-on and eager to help build our brand in the European market
· You are willing to travel frequently in Europe, with minimum 50% travel time
· You have several years of experience in brandmarketing and international brand management
· You enjoy working independently and are both creative and communicative
· You have strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills
· You are fluent in English and German, French would be a plus
· You possess an entrepreneurial mindset
